Very helpful and friendly owner/staff. I had no idea how to replace a heating element and both thermostats on my mothers electric dryer, the owner patiently explained the process to me both over the phone and in person when I purchased the parts. It took me less than 40 mins to replace the parts, outstanding customer service and the parts were very reasonably priced, thank you so much for your professionalism and outstanding customer service, if you need parts for your appliances call these guys.

Technician was really knowledgeable on the new GE front load washer. He was friendly and someone you felt was going to go the extra mile to find the problem. What he found was a hard to find loose wire not put on properly from the factory. I’m in business again.
