André is super helpful, readily available, and turned an otherwise annoying event into a fun experience. You know you’re in good hands when you can get a diagnosis over the phone, are told to bring it in right away, get it fixed in an hour, even with additional parts you didn’t know were leaking. Brought our washer in at 11:30 AM. Described the problem to Andre. He said to go have lunch and call him back when done. Called at 1:30 and was told to come get it. Good price and good work by Andre. Will use him again if needed.

I tried to fix my Maytag Washer, when i failed, i called up AAT and they told me to bring it over and they would fix it. While i waited!!! Unbelievable! (while you wait service not always available). The repair saved me at least 600 on a new appliance and the agony of shopping for it.
