We had Henry's out a couple of days ago to diagnose an oven problem. Ted's knowledge of our oven was extensive. He gave us excellent advice on weather or not to repair or replace our stove. Prior to this we used him to repair our washer. Again he was very knowledgeable about the equipment and it runs great. His prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

I called on Thursday and they were very helpful and customer service orientated. They had a nice competent fellow who figured out the problem right away and fixed it. The price was wonderful too! So if you don't know where to go, this is a great place. My son recommended them as they have used them in the past and were very helpful. I have a month warranty. No parts were necessary!
