The place says they open at 8 am well it's 8:31am and nobody is answering the phone. How are people able to go to work when they can't even find out what time the bus comes. I would love to have a job here, you don't have to do anything really but stare at the phone cause no one never answers it anyway. They must have caller ID, that way they see who's calling and don't answer unless they have too or if it's family right. This is the perfect picture as to why some people give up on work. We, finally get a job that took months to get in, you get the job then BAM, no bus service. Call and see what is going on with the buses and there's NO ANSWER. WTF PEOPLE. Really

This has to be the best personal transit authority I have ever dealt with,the drivers are polite,friendly and go out of their way to be helpful to their patients and riders, I would recommend Tri River to anyone needing public transportation!!!!!
