It is unfortunate, that we had any business with this company. One of the loads we carried had a detention, layover and extra mileage. First of all we had a detention of 8 hours at the shipper. At the receiver the load was declined and the driver had to redeliver the load to a location which is 130 mi away and there the driver had a layover of 12 hours.The broker named Elias, who was responsible for this load is trying to get rid of the responsibility to pay the detention and layover and is avoiding our emails and calls for almost one week. The amount that this company offered is ridiculous comparing to the amount of money we had lost during this load. It's sad that there are companies who does their business like this cause we did our job and we are asking to do yours, cause this detention caused us a lot of issues. Trailer # 53P0685. The driver of this truck has just been camped out on the fuel island couldn’t get fuel had to move over after other trucks fueled. I’ve currently fueled and went and parked and he is still sitting there 30 minutes later. At the TA Walsenburg Colorado. I am sick of this happening drivers don’t care anymore and if this is the only way to get it stopped then so be it.

Every so often I update my review on Arnold Transportation. On 11/25/20 I found out that the reason Arnold starved me out and won't rehire me is because they don't like drivers who are too safe and complain about the equipment not being fixed. Driver's are expected to drive the trucks no matter the condition. They'll ask you about what they can do to make it better. You tell them,They ignore you. Drivers are the most expendable thing at Arnold.
