The green undulating countryside with such softly curved hillsides is home to many attractive villages. An abundance of characterful thatched cottages add colour to the greenery. The river Dart with it’s creeks and lake like wide expanses is never far away when touring the area.

We absolutely love this place this place comes highly recommended. Great place for nature. Beware the foot paths may be very muddy at this time of year. Please always remember to take home your rubbish and don't throw it in bushes.

Hidden gem. Laid back vibe. Basic amenities and a food van too. Lots of sand at high tide. Great to see surfing and kite surfing in late October.

It is very cool! We enjoyed the typical southengland landscape there. It is definitely a visit worth. But after brexit we don't thing we will come back again.
