Great place for a short or longer walk. There's a few small loops connected to the larger loop. Overall it may be around 3 miles of beautiful scenery, lots and lots of tall trees, and the ponds and streams have a ton of beautiful mallards. Overall one of the best parks around.

This preserve had a nice pea-gravel trail to walk around. One bridge that my kids liked to cross. The kids favorite part is the hill to climb up. Keep your eyes open. We saw a hawk & a cool fuzzy caterpillar.

Nice hiking spot. Not difficult, but a good walk up the hill for a good view.

Absolutely Beautiful walking/biking trail around the lake. Trail feeds into the North Central Dupage Trail.

Maple Lake trail, as you can see on the map, is 1.3 miles long. With a little more effort go up the hill and enjoy the panorama of the park and its surroundings
