I was recommended to visit Robert by my brother who had nothing but good things to say about him. I can honestly say everything he said was true. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel very welcome. The initial consultation was relaxed and not rushed. Robert is very personable and explains things in detail without baffling with you with jargon. He was willing to spend as long as it took until I was 100% happy with the brilliant new world I was suddenly hearing. I left the clinic wearing my new hearing aids on a two week free trial. No hassle, no forms, no hard sell. I have now purchased the aids and have to say they are, by far, the best things I have ever bought in my life. I only wish I'd done it sooner. As I was a referral both myself and my brother will get free batteries for a year. If you want to try out hearing aids for the first time or need to replace your existing ones I would have no hesitation in saying you need to go to see Robert. You will not be disappointed, I promise you.

Having been fitted for the Oticon Opn Hearing Aids some time ago, I recently upgraded to the new Opn S - what a difference - it's probably best described as - the previous aids 'amplified sound so I could heart', where as the Opn S sounds 'normal' - you do feel you are 'in the real natural world' - an excellent Hearing Aid
