Under no circumstances would I recommend these people. Can’t complete any basic tasks, never available to talk, always passing you onto someone else, keeping you on hold and then turns out they haven’t done what they said they have. You have been warned. Avoid. Choose anyone else. We went with Plusnet. Reading some of the other positive reviews here they’re clearly faked. It’s like stepping back in time in terms of Broadband service - which is not a good thing. Think old school BT levels of incompetence and lack of service. Avoid like the plague. Go elsewhere and thank me later...
I have been a customer for a few years. When I went over my mobile contract usage, I called in and they upgraded me saving me the extra costs for that month. A few months ago we switched to the fibre superfast and at first wasn't very stable but their technical team guided me through the phone and adjusted the settings and now works fine.
whilst there is room for improvement but overall they do try their best, ive been customer for 13 years and never had issue with billing but tech support for internet could improve and im not a fan of the TalkTalk wholesale network which they use as its by far one of the slowest around.
