I've been living at The Cliftwood for the last few months and have nothing but GREAT things to say about it! Between the leasing team, the amenities, and my apartment--everything has been top notch. Everyone that lives here is extremely friendly and there are awesome community events each month. Maintenance is quick and friendly! Plus you truly can't beat the location! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to Sandy Springs!

My stay at The Cliftwood was AMAZING!! The ONLY reason I am leaving is to be close to my job. I would not leave if my commute wasn't an hour. When I say Jacqueline and Shaun (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) were absolutely the best leasing consultants I have ever experienced. They treated me and my fur baby like family! I have lived at a lot of places, and this is hands down the best. This place is immaculate, it is cleaned from top to bottom everyday (trust me, I've watched them). The amenities are amazing and fancy lol! I love the convenience of shopping, and the feeling of safety at this community. The staff host events that are so thoughtful and well put together. I will definitely recommend this community to any and everyone wanting a lovely living experience. The staff are so friendly and the maintenance are on top of everything! I will miss you all so much Jacqueline and *Shaun!!! I will be back to visit!

My husband and I toured here and absolutely loved it! Everyone we spoke with was so kind and welcoming. Community is so important to us and we were so excited when we saw posters in the hallways for different events happening for residents. We ended up moving to a different area but if we had picked Sandy Springs this is where we would live!!

My experience has been great! Frank and Jacquelyn have been absolutely outstanding. My move in was seamless, no problems at all and the property is great! We walk everywhere all the time because it’s in such a great area, it’s quiet and the people are friendly. We downsized from a house to this apartment and I wish we had made this change sooner. It has been really fantastic! Thank you Frank, Jacquelyn and The Cliftwood!

The Cliftwood Apartments deserves a 5 star review! As soon as I toured the apartments I went home and applied the same day! Everything about this place is fantastic from the location, to the community, to the amenities, to the move in special I received, to the rent amount, and overall the energy I got there! Needless to say, The Cliftwood Apartments was everything I was looking for! My leasing agent Frank, was wonderful! He was very prompt to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole application process and made it very easy for me to get approved! Frank truly deserves a raise for everything he does to provide outstanding customer service! He actually listens to everything you say! I cannot wait to make this place my new home! If you have been searching for apartments in Sandy Springs, look no more!
