I took delivery of my brand new R1 on Tuesday the 15th of December and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the bike. Ashley was extremely helpful so was the guy who dropped it off. I ordered 16 optional extra parts which were all fitted apart from one due to no fault whatsoever of Tamworth as there was a fault on the part that they can’t be held accountable for. They were very apologetic and kindly offered to pay for my first 6 months tax and collect the bike and drop it back off for its first service, which also will be when the part is fitted. Really appreciate their customer service and honesty. Would highly recommend, the knowledge they have on Yamaha’s is extremely helpful. This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever been through, this is my fifth motorcycle but I’m probably in double figures for cars. Ashley is awesome, he gave me a great part exchange value and real low rate finance. I purchased the motorcycle by viewing the photos on their website, I picked up the motorcycle today and it looked even better in real life. It was two years old but could pass as brand new
