This place is a scam. There is an auto insurance company right beside tag agency. If you pay 35 to insurance company, they will somehow get your work done without standing in the line. This is called Corruption in the broad day light. I reached there around 2 PM and it took 2.5 hours to get in. There were 2-3 people from auto insurance company at the end of the line to convince people to pay 35 and go home. In the first hour of waiting they only called 6 people in. As it came to closing time suddenly they called 20 people in. The person I was assigned to was so incompetent. They did not know how to transfer a title and asked 10 questions to the colleague before processing my request. I asked to let me know the breakdown of the total fee. Instead she gave me an attitude. My Pompano Beach City center DMV license renewal process was much better than the title transfer at this private tag agency.

This place is great.. the staff inside are great.. only thing that will KILL YOU IS THE 3 HOUR LINE WAIT.. They open at 9am and b4 that time you already have about 25ppl in line.. the line moves SLOW..... but the staff gets the job done..
They have people waiting in the hot sun for HOURS, they don't even give you a ticket or have someone attending to the line. What they're doing is wrong that's not how you treat people. They have place that can get you in out next door you just pay an extra 35 just do yourself and sanity a favor avoid this place. -10/10 will not do again.
I’ve put off buying a specialty plate for years because I didn’t want to deal with the DMV. Wish I would have known about this place sooner, I was in and out with my new plate in 15 minutes. Quick service. Be advised they only take cash or you pay a 2% fee.
