I chose these guys because after paying over 8000 for my fur baby I only wanted the best insurance. The staff are really helpful and informative on the phone which I had no idea how this works.

edit: The customer service here is actually pretty different, compared to my other insurance companies, in a great way. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. I realised, that initially, I was calling the wrong number of some other petinsurance company but got the right number so I apologise if I got confused and frustrated, when I finally got through. Now that I've got the right details for petsy I've been able to sort out my issues. Jackson and I are sorted. You say you love photos and I've seen other people posting across so here he is! Original: Did some research and they were the right mob for me wanting coverage. Easy to deal with, recommend to others

Although it does sound quite appealing having 100% of your vet bill covered with no excess, this website is actually quite deceiving. If your pet had a cruciate ligament problem that needed surgery, the average cost for that condition is around 5000, naturally with this policy you'd expect 5000 back. Now if you dig a little deeper you'll find a very large list of sub limits, one of which was a 4000 limit on cruciate ligament conditions so realistically from a 5000 bill, theyre covering 80% which is essentially the same reimbursement as a lot of other providers. Other sub limits are only covering to a maximum of 750 per year for conditions that can cost way more than that! Do your research and dont just blindly take out a policy because it says 100% coverage Edit: in relation to the response of the owner, the average treatment cost of cruciate conditions BASED on claims received by petsure in 2019 was 5,237.26. I work of a pet insurance company underwritten by petsure and these benefit limits will hardly cover you for many things

so my experience with this company has been long and rewarding. I had no idea what or how this worked it took us months to decide and I'm glad I did after an incident. After calling around and speaking to a lot of companies we chose this one. Mainly because they were actually interested in helping and educating me on terms I had no idea about. Amazing service and caring people. Couldn't speak more highly of the company and people. Just love our fur babies and they made it so easy for us to have piece of mind that our babies our cared for and protected if anything should ever happen. Seriously can not speak more highly of them. Definitely recommend to everyone :)
