AVOID. Check with your current insurance provider who they work with for legal expenses cover and if you see DAS...better dash!!. First time I needed them in years they washed their hands! (no Covid pun intended). No explanations given. Very unprofessional. There were times I would not hear from them for over 3 weeks! No service and no dedication except for their recent sharp fees increase. DASH!

We have found on more than one occasion that they just reject claims and would advise every-one to find an alternative insurer. Policies just designed to take your money and so many let-out clauses they are just worthless IMHO

I had legal cover I made a claim and the staff made so many excuses not to forward a claim I decided to complain nothing has happened this company tell to many lies they are very fast taking your money and the staff got a attitude problem very rude towards me
