So far so good! Had a non fault accident 48hrs ago and my damaged car has been collected from my home address and they left me a lovely courtesy car. As it was an unmarked police car I had a collision with i will be interested to see how they handle it? Also, if i pay my excess am i able to claim it back for a non fault accident?

Shocking treatment over my first small third party claim in 60,000 miles. Falsely accused me of not declaring a speeding SP30, which I had made them aware of at renewal the year before. They cancelled my current policy and tried to jack up the premium by double with a new policy. When I renewed elsewhere for less than the original premium, they then wrote a stinking letter to say that they wouldnt underwrite me in the future...No worries about that! I wont be going near this shower again.
Absolute rip off, avoid! Sabre are the underwriters for Onecall insurance so when I had to cancel my insurance after 5 weeks because of an unrepairable fault to my car I fully expected a cancellation fee and a ' time in use' for the 5 weeks! When I queried the 71.58 charge for 5 weeks from a policy costing 143.82 I was told this charge was set by Sabre! Out of a policy costing 143.82, used for 5 weeks I have been credited 16.25! Two companies to avoid like the plague!
Avoid avoid avoid. This is a money grabbing fraudulent company. For almost a year staff would tell me to stop chasing the outcome of a claim, stating that i would remind the other insurer of the open claim, i was advised to stay quiet in the hopes that the other would forget and ecentuallt the claim would be closed but could take up to 10 years. I have recently been told that they are refusing indemnity, with no explaining, when ssked i got hung up on. Orginal letters I have to hand state one amount, their latest letter state an amout which is 10x higher stating the 3rd party is claiming for injury when there was no injury. The other party jumped out her car immediately and started shouting abuse at me (after cutting me off).
Worst company ever. They charged you everything. I changed my address and they charged me ça over 180. Couldn’t believe it.
