This insurance company is a real disgrace for Portugal! I had an accident there while on holiday. Situation was super clear, the other guy didn't stop at a stop sign. He addmitted it to the police and me on site. Still they tried to ignore the damage on my car for several weeks. Because of there terrible administration (including hanging up on calls, generally ignoring all emails, not responding or communicating with me or the repair shop at all) it took me more than 2,5 months (!?!) To get my car back from the repair, that took only 1 week. All because of there lack of will, ignorance. So rude, so stupid. Pray you will never need those idiots for anything!

Nunca tive qualquer tipo de problema com esta seguradora e a sua rede de acordos é grande. São raras as vezes que não encontrei profissionais de saúde e tratamentos que não estivessem abrangidos de alguma forma. Os operadores são simpáticos e esclarecedores.
