Great property management team at this building!

Building 2 has an elevator that smells like urine. The parking garage is dark and when it rains, the garage leaks. The building is always humid. A new HVAC was installed, but the building is still humid. The buildings are isolated from services. There are two deli style restaurants on campus that are very expensive. No other restaurants within walking distance. Food trucks are on site occasionally in the summer. We have had homeless people in our bathroom. The outside of the buildings is not secured. Only individual office suites are secured. The janitor keeps leaving our doors unlocked.
