I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks and both times were extremely pleasant. From the phone call, to the swab, to the super rapid results (less than 20 minutes for both results)...And never once having to leaving my vehicle. S. Russell is a true asset to your company. Compassionate and really took her time to answer any concerns and questions. Thank you so much!!

No wait! Straight in!! This place has been such a huge blessing for me! Unlike my primary care doctor where they never have time availability when I need them, this place has the easiest check in process online and they let you know where you are at in the line even before you physically get there! The people here are always so friendly especially the nurses and the PAs!

Travel-related COVID test needed. Another urgent care facility recommended them. I made an online appointment then tried to confirm rapid response testing available by telephone, left messages, got no replies. There’s no “chat” feature. They called before my appointment, THEN confirmed they had rapid response test. Directions to NOT enter facility with local number to call were posted on door, which could have been sent in confirmation text. Process at facility was quick, professional and friendly. Thorough. Got travel documentation while I waited. Service was excellent, appointment/communication needs improvement to be excellent.

Everyone who works there is truly amazing - kind, courteous, professional and on their A-game. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes with my issue handled. This is the fourth time I’ve been to this specific site and I’ve never had anything less than a stellar experience.

Went for a covid test. Took half an hour but considering that you have to wait 15 minutes for results that pretty fast. Was there once when it was real busy as a walk in. Took a few hours but they took good care of me. Not like my doctor's wait of a month
