I lived here 2018-2019. The apartments are affordable due to the complex being right on the interstate (yes you can hear it so I recommend getting a sound machine if noise bothers you). I did not mind this but the manager at this location soured my whole living experience. The complex towing service incorrectly towed my car one night. As the complex does not open until 10am and no one was getting back to me, this drama led to me having to take a half day off work and having to catch a ride 40 minutes out of town to the towing company to retrieve my car. The towing company apologized, but the lack of concern from management was insulting. Instead of apologizing or listening, the manager IGNORED my emails/calls. Finally after three days of calling, the manager responded that this was not the apartments problem then insinuated I was to blame for having a tinted car. Obviously the towing company made the mistake, but as the apartment complex that hired them, concern about what is happening on your grounds should have been called for. Especially since I spoke with other residents who said towing was an issue that had happened with them as well. Fast forward to when we moved out, it took the same manager weeks to fix a billing issue where she had overcharged us. While the place was cheap, I do not recommend unless new management is in place.

My time at this apartment complex has been a unique and positive experience. These apartments have been recently renovated, but they are old buildings. I have had a few utility related issues in my time here, but they were all taken care of quickly and comprehensively. The maintenance staff here is excellent and good at what they do. The location of these apartments is excellent. Anything you could need from a grocery or hardware store to a park are all within a 10 minute drive. You can also reach the Georgia Tech campus in under 10 minutes when traffic is light. Overall, I believe these apartments are very nice quality for the price and that you would be happy to move here. As you've seen in other reviews this apartment community is mostly quiet and full of residents that respect each other.

This review is based solely off of the tour I recently took with Yolanda. She did an AMAZING job showing the apartment/property. The community was quiet and seemed nice. The apartments have been recently remodeled which was a nice touch. I'm seriously considering this apartment, and would like to thank Yolanda again!

Words cannot express my gratitude for the amazing management staff at Sterling Collier Hills. Immediately I felt at home upon moving to the residence. The move in process was seamless and the apartment was impeccable. Several apartment communities exist in Atlanta but moving here just felt right! I could only rate this community 5 stars because it doesn’t allow me the ability to give 10 stars! I am beyond blessed. Thanks so much Yolanda and Eli!

I've had a good experience living here. Maintenance responds very quickly, even duriing the pandemic, and they're very friendly. I was a bit worried because the office staff changed many times during my first year, but Eli and Yolanda have been here a while and they are both very nice and effective. The rent prices were pretty low so I kept wondering what the catch would be, but there isn't one. The main bad thing about it is the often terrible road noise from Northside and 75, so be aware of that if you're not used to it. I would definitely consider moving here again and I recommend it. I have not experienced any crime or felt unsafe while here.
