Very nice and polite people, seem to genuinely care about you and getting you where you need to go on time. Any issues that happen are taken care of well and it shows that SEAT is trying their best to provide the best transport they can.

Associates are very rude every time I call asking questions regarding the bus. They dont need to be so rude!!! Tired of it. EVERYTIME I CALL THE LADY IS ABSOLUTELY UPTITE & CUTS ME OFF. If youre not happy at your job, quit.

Was standing on the corner waiting for my bus and it drove right past me. Mind you the bus never comes up this side of town @ the time it did today. I called the office and whoever answer was rude and uncooperative. Cut me off mid sentence and wouldn't let me talk. This is not the first time I have had t make complaints against a driver or the person in the office answering phones. This company needs to put more bus stops in the area instead of us having to constantly flag down buses.
