I felt Dr. Hamblin was very professional, competent, accommodating , and personable, as well as his nurse. On my first visit, my prescription for topical cream was slow in getting sent to the pharmacy. After I called the office from the pharmacy, the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. On my second visit, I asked the nurse when she would call my prescription for antibiotics in before I left the office. The prescription was very promptly sent to the pharmacy. The secretary was helpful about answering my question concerning postoperative instructions before I left the office.

Dylan was great! Was able to easily make an appointment for a week out. Dylan addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. I came to my appointment early and was taken back early as well. I always appreciate not having to wait. Everyone else that I interacted with was friendly and professional as well. The office waiting room was very very chilly. I'll bring a jacket next time.

Happy I was able to make an appointment and get in promptly. I always arrive way too early for appointments and expect to have to wait a while but I'm always happy when my providers can get me in early. That is just what happened today! Staff were all friendly and welcoming. I appreciate and liked Dylan. He listened to my concerns and addressed each of them professionally and quickly.
