Dee Painter is super sweet and professional! I've been coming for lasar treatments for my scars and they have almost vanished. I am really amazed and my skin is looking beautiful. I highly recommend her, she does a wonderful job. She is very kind and helpful!

Greenville Dermatology is awesome! I was using a different dermatologist previously in Greenville that did not seem to care and spent very little time or effort to actually help me with my acne prone skin. Dee Painter in particular put together an awesome package of in house treatment and at home natural topical treatment (no antibiotics!!) that has done wonders for my acne and overall skin health. My skin has not been this clear since my early teenage years (currently a few years out of college)! Thanks a bunch!

NP Nancy Richmond has improved my skin in such a short amount of time. She is thorough, kind, and quick. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes upon arrival for an appointment. After years of visiting a practice where I waited at least an hour to be seen each visit, Greenville Dermatology exceeded my expectations in all areas. Their care, customer service, and facility are all 5 stars for me.

This star rating does not reflect the quality of the providers at this practice. The two physicians who work here are excellent. I do not know their nurse practitioners or estheticians. This reflects interaction with the office staff. The front office left me off the schedule-i know that as a fact not a guess. That happens. I fully understand that an office can make a change verbally over the phone with a patient and neglect to make the change in the computer- it’s really easy when you’re very busy to make a mistake. That’s not what frustrates me. This staff wanted me to understand that it clearly was my mistake. They never acknowledged that the fault might be on their part nor did they apologize. They were more interested in humiliating and embarrassing me openly in their lobby by saying over and over “ you do not have an appointment here today”. What a different interaction it would have been if they had said something like “We are so sorry. It is likely that we may have left you off our schedule. We will check and see if there is anyway to work you in but if we cannot, let’s work together to find time that works with your schedule.” My experience here was so humiliating that I went back to my office (since I had cancelled the afternoon) and spoke to staff about how we typically handle that situation. I am thankful to say that first and foremost, I found out that treating our patients with respect and with care has has been and remains first priority. I listened to our staff and we took this opportunity to explore more ways to make sure that people coming to our office know how much we appreciate them. I am fortunate that I am able to work with a really fine staff. I would just say to this office staff, if you’re overworked/overwhelmed or fearful of the repercussions of making a mistake, that is a terrible feeling. I wish you all the best.
