It is a shame to have to write this prior to my appointment however the service that was just provided to my by a reception staff member was below standard. I had a missed call for a cancellation and promptly returned the call only to find out it had be given to another person. When expressing my disappointment about loosing the opportunity to take an earlier appointment (I now have to wait another month), another staff member got on the phone and stated "I appreciate you not taking it out on my staff member". It is FAIR and reasonable for people to feel disappointed by a cancellation process that does not allow a 15minute timeframe to get back to them on appointments. Expressing disappointment for a poor appointment cancellation process is no way directed at reception staff or 'taking it out on a staff member'. I will also be putting in a complaint due to the receptionists inability to apologise for the accusation.

I've been seeing Dr Chamberlain for 5 years and he's been the best dermatologist I've ever had by far - both for skin health and hair health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
Dr Chamberlain and his Team have been looking after my young family for the last two years. It is always a pleasure to visit GD where the reception staff are so welcoming. Alex explanations are clear and easy to understand. We trust his guidance and that's why we are happy to travel over an hour, past many other dermatologists, to see him each time.
Dr Alex was very professional and correctly diagnosed my father in law, when others couldn't. It was definitely worth the trip from Adelaide.
