Me and my mother are Dr. Wiltz for years now but today’s experience was by far the least pleasant. After filling out paper work I went to the window for Dr. Yanette patients since my appointment was with her. Rang the bell and stood there waiting for the front desk receptionist to open the window. While patiently waiting for over 4 minutes I gently tapped on the window. The receptionist repeatedly said “give me a minute” a minute turned into 3 then when she decided to open the small window she pulled it open not even half way. Couldn’t even see her face. Standing there in silent dumbfounded on how unprofessional and rude the receptionist she peeped out and I grabbed the widows glass to open it fully like how she should’ve done so initially. After opening the window the receptionist noticed I was bothered by her disgusting behavior and hypocritically laughed and said “ oh is that the window is a little damaged” when the window was perfectly fine SMH. VERY bad mannered and UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist. After I finally went inside the waiting room it took Dr. Yanette over 15-20 to come in the room. Overall Dr. Yanette was very professional and communicative she did an awesome job on my face.

Been going to Dr. Wiltz dermatology for over a year. The front desk has always been friendly toward me, attentive and willing to accommodate. Dr. Wiltz, Carlos Wiltz, and Damian have all seen and worked with me. They are professional, caring, and very knowledgeable/informative. Especially Carlos Wiltz. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Worst place you can ever go bad treatment from staff and bad treatment from doctor people waiting hours and Doc barely sees you this is a mess

I have gone to Dr Wiltz for years now and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Yes, the wait time can be long but that's every doctor (the good ones anyway) I am always welcomed by the friendly staff and they were very helpful. Whenever I need to get an appointment fast they squeeze me in. Recently, the wait was a little over 1 hour, but three days later I am feeling much better. The medicine was sent to my pharmacy electronically and it was ready to pick up immediately. They always find the best options for my medications if my insurance won't cover the medication they switch it so that it is covered or to one that is more affordable. I have also seen both PAs which are both very attentive and friendly. They genuinely care about their patients. Awesome bedside manners from them both which is what I look for in providers. The medical assistant Damian is also AMAZING and has been with the Doctor for many years. He does facials on Saturdays and I couldn't recommend him enough! Give the office a try you won't regret it.
