We've had three Shark vacuums now. Two corded and our latest cordless. We're absolutely delighted with the cordless version (TruePet IZ201UKT). Lightweight and convenient to use. Very good battery life an excellent suction which was what we were worried about it not having. Our other two corded Sharks are both still in use and we now have a Shark product for each floor of the house. Based on on our experiences of their products we wouldn't use another company now.

Bought the shark duo twin battery it isnt the best hoover of choice I can't even use it as a full hoover now as the wand gone really wobbly so when I push it the motor cuts out the head gets really dirty easy seen it on plastic soon after cleaning in the power doesn't sound as strong as first time used it I hovered my room today with it all put together minus the long wand so my back was hurting bent over I didn't feel satisfied that it looked hovered so decided to sweep it and couldn't believe the dust still on the carpet after I've sent emails after emails no one reply to say no one could contact me but bet they could if I missed payment I haven't even paid for it in full yet and now quarter of a jobber and back ache but need to be clean picture after hoover

Now you see it......now you don't! Ninja ordered and paid for -overnight delivery took 7 days to arrive. When it did it was damaged after 40 minutes on the phone finally got to speak to Customer Services who hung up on me. Another 40 minutes later got through again and spoke to a female who arranged for the damaged unit to be collected and told me that a replacement would automatically be dispatched. The unit was collected the same day! After a week no replacement so I called the Customer Services again and was told that a unit would be authorised to be dispatched the same day but had no knowledge of why, what, where or who! Another week on, still no unit so I phoned them again, was hung up on twice before finally speaking to Jack who told me that there was no record of a ticket being raised for the replacement unit. Told him I was not satisfied and wished to make a complaint and requested a refund (my money had been taken on the day of the order!) and asked for email confirmation of our discussion and my request for a refund. Jack was reluctant to do so and told me I would know when my refund was issued as it will appear in my bank account. Well - here I am nearly one month on and still no Ninja. Customer Service is a farce and totally unhelpful. If you are considering purchasing this item make sure you have plenty of time and patience! Hopefully my refund will be swift so I can purchase an alternative! Come on Sharkninja raise your game!

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE After using this vacuum for over 6 months I can give an honest review. This vacuum is not fit for purpose, my dogs fur gets dreadfully tangled in the brush and I have to spend 30 mins every week cutting it off the brush. It is heavy and hard to manoeuvre and the dust chamber is too small and hard to empty. All in all, I would never buy a Shark again and I wish I had my Dyson back, far superior and dealt with my dogs fur easily. Maybe Shark should include a disclaimer, this Truepet Shark is only suitable for customers with one small chihuahua! I have added a photo of what I have to cut off the (pet) brush every week. Dreadful experience. AVOID.

no customer service or after service, waited on the phone this morning on hold for over 30mins to be then told their sage system was down again! and to call back another day. I explained my returns window was due to expire and they said that was unfortunate but they can't access the system in time. Expensive product gone faulty after one month, not interesting helping. 5 year guarantee is worthless.
