One of the most accent and historical place in midtown of semnan which had several ammenment since last years , it is a good place to visit for demonstrating the history of the city , the only thing that can't be ingnored is that you can't find good services for making tourists more comfortable

This building is the northern gateway and the only surviving Arg (Castle) of Semnan, which was built during Bahman Mirza Baha al-Dawlah, the son of Fath Ali Shah Qajar. Its building in the year 1302 AD. During the reign of Nasir al-Din Shah Qajar and the rule of Anoushirvan Mirza, the ruler of Semnan, Damghan, Shahrood and Bastam, has come to an end. Darvazeh Arg is in fact the northern gate of the old state Arg (Castle) of Semnan. Today, there is nothing left of the collection of the old castle of Semnan, because during Reza Shah's time when the construction of streets and new buildings, all of this set apart from the northern gate was destroyed.

دروازه ارگ مربوط به دوره قاجار است و در مرکز سمنانواقع شده و این اثر در تاریخ ۳۰ خرداد ۱۳۵۸ با شمارهٔ ثبت ۳۹۵ به\u200cعنوان یکی از آثار ملی ایران به ثبت رسیده است. نمای شمالی زیبا و نمای جنوبی معمولی دارد.
مکان زیبای تاریخی جذاب فقط بهتر می\u200cبود بجای یکی از دو فروشگاه گلیم دست باف یک کافی شاپ داشته باشد
دروازه ی قدیم سمنان بوده و توش یک بازارچه اس....هم اینکه خیلی قشنگه....هم اینکه سمنان واقعا جای قشنگیه
زیبا وبراحتی در دسترس بود وحدود محل خلوت بود وکامل بنا قابل دیدن است ومیتونید از درون دروازه رد بشید ودر دو طرف داخلیش هم قرفه صنایع دستی سمنان هست
