Sarah and Kate were so informative and helpful. It's hard to find good customer service these days but these ladies were wonderful. I left enlightened as to how important hearing care is and if I or my family ever need anything I'd hope to be helped by them again or receive customer service as good as theirs.

Whilst I have no comment to make against their product, it is extremely annoying to be harrassed every time you walk by this shop.They can see people are in their 20's or 30's and would not be a good target for sales. My Gf has walked by the store many times (She is 28) and every time someone standing outside their doorway asks her if she wants a hearing test and then when she says "No, thank you" then asking her if she is sure she does not want one If she wanted one she would go in. No one should be harassed like this and no other shop in the centre does this.
Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to give exceptional service. Best decision I ever made to finally have my hearing checked properly, life is much easier after getting great advice and help with hearing aids here.
I have given custom here and have received good service in return.
