I've used the Hear Shop a few times for ear wax removal and always received very friendly, efficient and professional service, in complete contrast to terrible NHS treatment I had experienced. If you need ear wax removal this is the place to go, well worth the 70 mile round trip in my case.
I had been suffering with increasing hearing loss for a while when it got to the point that I struggled hold a conversation, so in desperation I decided to visit the Hearshop on a Saturday morning without a prior appointment. I was greeted by Iain Norquay a really friendly guy who said he could deal with me immediately. Having looked into my block ears he then cleaned them using the latest microsuction wax removal technique which was completely safe and painless that gave me instant relief with hearing fully restored. I can throughly recommend the profesional service and treatment at the Hearshop Ruthin I hope people will use this service as it is an asset in the town.
Had real problems with wax in my ears over the Christmas/new year holiday. Contacted HearShop at 09:15 and got appointment for 12:00 same day. Mr. Norquay was excellent, he fully explained the procedure of micro suction, and after examining me he had the job sorted in quick time, \wow\ I could hear again. I don't think I shall go anywhere else when I need ear care again. On the NHS I had to make appointment for my doctor to check my ears and confirm I had \wax\ that needed to be removed and then I had to wait 2 months to get the job done. Thank you Mr. Norquay.
