I bought several fridges from this company, some only 50 cheaper than the retail price but sold as \A1 condition\ or with \small dents only\. I had problems with many of them, one was damaged on arrival, with doors hanging off. Another had a non responsive display meaning we could not set temperature. another packed up about a month after we got it. There was zero back up support from the owner, who wasn't interested in either swapping them or helping locate an engineer to fix them either, either for free or for money. My advice: (a) buy new (b) get a proper receipt
