I bought this for my Husband's birthday. Whilst he is happy with the phone there are a few points that I was not entirely happy with. Firstly, the tracking did not work, so I had a bit of a panic when it was marked as dispatched and I could not track. Luckily, it did arrive in a timely fashion and to give credit the supplier contacted me after I emailed to check it had arrived. Secondly, the packaging was not good. It arrived with the original box in a mail bag, no protective cardboard, so the box was a bit bashed and the seal had practically split. Thirdly, the phone comes from Europe so the charger is a two pin plug type. It does not show this on the advert, in fact the picture on the accessories page shows a 3 pin plug. Given it is a faster charger, if you have not had one before, you would have to buy one on top. However, the phone seems to be working Okay and the price was good. Just need to work on packaging and honesty regards chargers!
I bought a new phone for a really good price and I am very happy with my purchase. Good customer services and would recommend to use again. The only negative is the phone was two days late arriving but I have it now.
Was all working fine and arrived as expected. Only issue was that the box had definitely previously been opened. I didn't bother complaining because it was working fine and the screen protector was still in place so I don't think it had been used.
Web site offers next day delivery/ next day before 12 or next day before 10. I was happy to pay for the standard next day delivery and was very disappointed as after not receiving for 2 days the phone, i contacted UK mobile wholesalers and was informed it was my fault as i had selected the 48 hour option. Whilst talking with their representative i went to the website to double check and i discovered that a 48 hour option isn't even available. Other than falsely advertised delivery information everything else was ok. This is the second time I have used this site and I think it will be the last as i feel it is dodgy, like phone contact number not working and false information.
