I wanted to say thank you especially to Waleed. Although some of the items i required were out of stock, you did all you could to help me in finding alternative items and actually going to check in person. Great customer service from all and my favourite place to shop
Awful. Called them this morning and they confirmed on the phone that I could visit as non-trade. To sign up I had to bring two forms of ID which i did and told me i could then shop. Drove 40min to get there only to be told at first that non-trade were not welcome (a man in front had just been turned away for the same reason). When i told them i had called ahead they then decided that i could register but i would have to spend a minimum of 100. Pretty sure they just decided the rules on the spot after looking at me as have had friends visit recently with no such minimum spend. Really cynical, especially in the run up to Christmas.
The whole team is so unbelievably helpful and friendly, an aladdins cave of useful products for my business, highly recommended
The items they have are great, all staff working are so polite and helpful. I would recommend everyone to go to this place for their retail or home shopping a must go place
