This is to help with your ears and your future. When you first come, you wait outside and complete information sheet . Then you wait a bit and the lady will come to get you. Then you use the hand sanitizer plus a mask that you bring , to stop Covid-19. Then the Doctor ask you questions of hearing lost and History in your family. Then he used a camera to take video of both ears. Then he put you in the sound booth. The Doctor explain what is going to happen with the tones and voices. While checking your hearing . Then afterwards explain the finding of your ears. Then the Doctor tell you about your ears and if you are going to lose your hearing in the future. In all it's for me to know about my hearing future. Everybody should get tested every two years to prevent hearing lost. Thank you

I arrived in Regina and had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I am a Connect client from another city so I called Connect on Broad Street. Amazing, friendly service. Solved my problem and provided some helpful advice. This is one of the reasons I bought from Connect in first place, glad I did.

We spent 3,400. on hearing aids for my elderly mother about 3 years ago. She did not want to wear them but we decided to purchase anyway. We felt that if she would not get used to them, I (Al Flaman) her son, could repurpose 1 for myself. I have seen a specialist and have had a hearing test. We were never told by Connect that they will not repurpose hearing aids. That should be made public or part of the contract. We would never have bought from Connect had we known this. My mother tried the hearing aids on and off. She complained that they were too loud. We took her back to Connect to ask if they could be turned down and slowly increase the volume. They refused to do this stating Mom would have to get used to them. My mother is now in Paliative care. I will be unable to use them unless I find a competitor that will repurpose them for me. Connect uses the guise that they are a personal medical device so they will not let someone else use them. I contacted Sask Health and was informed some clinics do repurpose hearing aids. If you are buying for an elderly parent, I advise you stay away from Connect. You might have expensive junk sooner than you realize.
