Extremely Rude. Poor professional quality. Sent out a request for quote. Never got an initial call, just a generic email. When they called to follow-up, got hung up as I thanked him for following up & let him know we had gone with another service.

Love this place. Very easy to get done what I need. I like the security that they offer.
I dropped off some shredding today. Very friendly staff, willing to answer questions, and made sure to tell me about the security shred bag. I will definitely refer people to Reed Records Management for their shredding needs!!
Very professional service, onsite destruction is key to secure disposal of any material, sensitive or otherwise. We would highly recommend Reed to any, and all, that need to dispose of records safely and securely.
Gus was extremely pleasant. He showed up a day previous and we had already closed the office he was kind enough to show back up the next day! Wonderful Customer Service!!! Had on a mask and followed all protocols of our school.
