I have been using this company for data storage needs for several years. I have huge problems with their billing practices. They send invoices late, which are promptly paid. Yet they still call saying that the payments are late. They have the most incompetent people working for them, specifically Crystal D’Angelo, who apparently cannot read. Her supervisor Silvia Calderon is unresponsive. I send them both emails and they respond with the most inane comments as if we are having completely different conversations. Their billing is horrible and will frustrate you. You have been warned because there are much better data storage options.
