Called on 4/27/20 at 2:00pm to get a quote and they could not give me details on how much it would cost per lb and ultimately gave me contact information for the UPS store who gave me a quote in less than 10 seconds. Sir/madam that owns this business, kindly employ more competent people that better represent you

Over 400 (very full) file boxes and years of x-rays were schlepped down a long staircase for a very a reasonable price and all with a smile.17 yrs worth of old computer hard drives were destroyed and then recycled. Thanks Michael for making one of the most difficult aspects of our move much less stressful and so much more manageable.
