They are super friendly and respectful with the animals and the costumer decisions about what the treatment for your pet. With all the changes due to the current situation the attention was excellent and I didn't take extra time. I love the way the assistant was with my super shy dog. She was friendly yet respectful of my dog's need for space, at the end of the visit my dog was super friendly with her.

Dr Flott and Susan will forever be my go to when I ultimately get another pet. They treated my dog Jack like royalty when be visited. They had the unfortunate task of delivering bad news to me but ultimately helped my beloved dog stay healthy as long as he could. Susan told me straight when I asked if she thought it was ok to wait another week. I know that couldn't have been easy. The entire staff of Portland Vet Wellness clearly only had the best interest of their clientele in mind and I am happy that my wonderful best friend of 8 years was able to be in his own home, around people he loved and a vet who he knew when the time came. Thank you Dr Flott and Susan. To anyone needing a recommendation for a good, reliable, honest pet care facility, go here. You will be treated well.

This Vet came very highly recommended to me from a friend. So this is where I took my kitty for his wellness check and to be neutered. I was overwhelmed with how professional and outstanding the service was. They took care of my kitty like he was the most important animal in the world. Which made me feel wonderful especially being very nervous for the day of his surgery.

I have been bringing my four year old dog Alaska here since she was a small puppy. They have always been professional, friendly and communicative. They always treat my dog with kindness. I also appreciate the precautions they are taking during COVID-19. I brought my pup in for a teeth cleaning yesterday and they had an excellent process set up for ensuring safety during the pandemic.
