I explained to them before I came that my dog has seizures and just so long as he gets his two pills a day he is happy and has no seizures. There is a test required every six months to keep him on the medicine. It had been 2 months since his test that we transferred in from a different vet. We explained on the phone that we were not able to pay for a bunch of tests we just need a prescription for our dogs medicine. We could not afford anything else. So we get to the office and the doctor was very hostile right from the start. She basically told us that if we didn't get 475.00 worth of tests(the test was 80.00 at the other vet) which included 250.00 for a liver function test. She explained that she cares about our dog and she needs to make sure his medicine is not killing him but when I told her I couldn't pay for all that I was told to pay the 55.00 office visit and I had to leave. Essentially sentencing my dog to 15 seizures a day. After art least 100 seizures I managed to find an alternative medicine that has him stable now. So basically they were willing to send my dog home to die because they cared about his health. Of course I didn't pay their 55.00.

We highly recommend Pusch Ridge Pet Pet Clinic! They have been taking excellent care of our four cats for over seven years now. They are extremely professional, very personable, and quite caring. We honestly feel that we have gotten better advice, and better care, than we received for our pets at more expensive hospitals and clinics that we had previously taken our animals to. The quality of care is fantastic, and their prices are reasonable. I honestly recommend them to everyone I know! they really are the best, all the doctors, all the veterinary assistants, every single person on the entire staff, they are just simply fantastic! We had our Lily spayed and chipped yesterday. We felt the cost was about the same as other local veterinary offices who offer these services. Now with that said, the quality of care she received we feel was outstanding. For Covid reasons a masked veterinarian technician (Lucy) met us at our car, completed all the paperwork, and took our Lily into the office. This made me feel very comfortable and safe with Lily’s health. Lucy gave me complete instructions as to what would be happening to Lily during the day and approximately what time we could expect to pick her up. As told, we were called and picked her up. A receptionist met us at the door for payment of services. She was very polite, friendly, and on her game. The same veterinarian technician that took Lily into surgery (Lucy) brought her back to us. Lily was happy to see us albeit a little groggy. But Lucy put her right into my arms and again gave me complete instructions, both verbal and written, as to Lillys aftercare and possible complications. Much to our surprise, after a bit of a discomforting afternoon, Lily had a very quiet night and this morning she is absolutely recovered. Her surgery site is minor to say the least, not red or inflamed. I think the only discomfort Lily will experience will be the itchiness from the shaved area and hair growing back. We were called by the office first thing this morning as they wanted to know how Lily had done overnight and how she was doing now. Another reassuring service from this office. I have to recommend this veterinarian clinic and the staff whole heartedly. We are very pleased with their care with our bundle of love. Highly, highly recommend this office and their doctors and staff. Exceptional people!!
