Best vet in Red Deer. Takes the time to explain everything and give options. Not pushy with pharmaceuticals but educates so you can make the right decision for you and your pet. Highly recommend this vet for all your animals needs.

On February 10th, I woke up early in the morning to find one of our cats, Galore had passed away unexpectedly. Even though she had some health problems in the past, It was very shocking to find her completely unresponsive and then to break to news to my wife. She was completely heartbroken with the news and I needed to act quickly to take care of the difficult situation. Piper Creek Vet Clinic was the first place to answer my call in the morning. I believe it was Madison who I spoke to. After speaking briefly on the phone about the situation, Madison personally met me at the clinic, received our beloved Galore, processed her paw prints upon my request and was able to handle the arrangements for cremation. She called me later that morning to let me know the paw prints were finished and asked if we would like to keep her collar. I returned later that afternoon to collect the collar and paw prints (they did a few paw print samples, some I put in a card for my wife). I never got the chance to properly thank Madison for how she handled everything and was able to fulfill our special requests. She was very professional and respectful. It's been almost ten days since we lost Galore. Everyone including my wife, my son, myself and our other cat miss her very much. Even though our family no longer feels whole without her presence, we still have some very fond memories of Galore and we owe our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Piper Creek Veterinary Clinic.

I started bringing my cats here due to my parents recommendation, and the high quality service they have provided my families dogs for the last decade. They accommodate to my animals and all of their unique needs. For example I called in on a Friday about getting both of my kittens spayed, and they had me scheduled for the following Wednesday. Though I am extremely nervous as a pet parent, I know they are in capable hands. They don’t just meet small animals needs, they exceed them.

Amazing Staff!! Amazing Vets!! The ONLY place to take your pets. They have been looking after my family for years. We actually enjoy our yearly visits.

We have been taking our puppy to the clinic for shots and an ear infection for the past few months. We love Dr Lauren, she is amazing and our Maggie loves her too! The reception staff can be hit and miss for friendliness, but it's the only part of going to this clinic that I feel could be improved.
