Undependable , untrustworthy, inefficient , simply bad at determining and resolving my BMW motorcycle issues. “Bella Group” consistently soil the BMW Motorrad brands name every opportunity they get . They Basically have all the characteristic you don’t want your motorcycle service center/dealership to have. I would have given them a No star review out of 5 , but fortunately for them , Google doesn’t allow that.

Not many bikes to see for the moment, it's been like that for a while but they claim that they have a full merchandise in their warehouse and that soon they'll have a full show room. At least they where very kind and helpful.

I bought an inverter 3000i generator about 3 years ago. The generator is the best I ever owned but the service at Bella Group is the worst service ever! I took the generator for service in early June. They said the battery was bad and theY installed a new one and cleaned the carburetor. Cost 489. 00. I brought the generator home it started perfect but when the power went out a few days later and I had to connect it it had no electricity in any of the outlets. Took it back. Now they are telling me the “plug” is bad and that it will cost over 1000 to repair. My machine never had any issue with the plug until they “fixed” the generator. Obviously they did bad work. Please do not trust their maintenance! They also always say they will call and never do. They have my generator over 2 months now! Rip off service! Update: After more then 3 months the manager of Planet Honda PR got involved and was able to resolve the issue with my generator. I want to thank him for working with me and returning the generator to me without additional cost to me. While there has been no outage yet the generator is working fine now and producing electricity during my test at home. Thank you!

I bought a e200i from a dealer in the states during Maria. I was just informed by that dealer that Planet Honda has made it so they can no longer do business on the island. Planet Honda Puerto Rico charges more than double the price for the same products that are sold elsewhere. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. Instead of helping the people of Puerto Rico with fair prices, you are hurting us due to your greed. If anyone shops with you, they are fools, plain and simple.

I bought two Honda 2000i generators and sent to PR. 899 ea. tax shipping for a total of 1075 ea. This guy is gauging the public after the hurricane. My Honda dealer in the state upon hearing what this dealer charges said, "I hope he burns in hell some day!" I went to Planet Honda two years ago and the same motorcycle I paid 13000 for in the US (2014 Valkyrie) they were charging 24,000. I hope they remember that Honda warranties are valid everwhere, no matter where the product was bought!

This company (Bella Group) has a monopoly over the bmw Motorrad brand in Puerto Rico . They know they are the only certified dealer in the island and there for , they show it with their mediocre service. The owner (that is quick to reply to positive comments) expects his 3-4 technicians, do the job of 10. This unrealistic and exploitive practice creates the conditions for hasty , unsatisfactory , expensive and horrible service. For the past 2-3 years, this BMW certified dealer , has yet to purchase for their technicians the proper tools for their daily responsibilities. For example, since i have purchase my bike (again 2-3 years ago) the tire changing machine they need to properly assess basic and/or fundamental maintenance on their good paying customers motorcycle has yet to be provided to the technicians . To this date (2/21/2019), there employees , with a shameful tone are obligated to advise you, to take you tires elsewhere for maintenance or replacement. Due to the lack of good management, a simple motorcycle oil and filter change may take a solid 1-2 weeks. This is unacceptable. The technicians and employees are great hardworking professionals. However, the same cannot be said about the people who manage them. To all the employees at this dealership, i thank you for your excellent service. You are making the best with what you are given . Keep up the good work! Now ,to you management and to you the owner of the establishment; SHAME ON YOU. ... Thanks for replying ,automated system. You already have my email ,phone number and mailing address. If wanted to communicate with me you already would have . Infact , am today 2/22/2019 in your establishment discussing an ongoing issue pending resolve for the last 3 months.
