If there's another dealer near you, go there as the experience here was not good. 1. Motorcycle choices and more are not available in the site, you cannot sit and test it out there. 2. There are \freebies\ that you cannot get. I got my motorcycle last Oct2018 and it has free helmet included in the receipt but there's no stock at the time so I still decided to get it. As of this writing almost 9months, the helmet is still not available. 3. If you bought your MC on cash, then they do not care with the after sales service. 4. I heard that even if you buy it in installment, no good after sales service they are just after the payment and repossession. 5. Staff are friendly but they were chatting when they are supposed to be working. All of this is in front of the customer during working hours.

I bought my new Raider 150 motorcycle last December 18, 2018 and they stated that my OR/CR will be released after 2 weeks, but still, no OR/CR provided. I'll give them time until the 18th for January next Friday to process my OR/CR since that's gonna be the 1 month waitin time or else, I'll report directly to DTI. Given the fact that backlogs have consumed their databases due to enormous numbers of new registrations, they shouldn't give a specific time frame to wait. We as consumers take their word since they're the dealers. I bought the motorcycle for me to use it and not as a display at the garage, since I also commute to work everyday and EDSA is very unforgiving when rush hour kicks in. #realtalk

Staff working very slow and keep on chatting non-work related matters while facing with customers. Unreliable Printers and Network and it took 10-15 minutes just to print single receipt which is just half of the size of an a4. Also, one of their male staff is not in proper uniform, just wearing sando while working with computers.

I process my request on this area for motor cycle luckily got approve one problem here is the mechanic seems not doing the job probably just checking light and break then change oil not even cleaning the starter one thing motortrade might want to imrpove the space here to make it more wider so its easy for the customer to choose mc rated 3 but still excellent service MOTORTRADE
