It's a great complex, well kept with lots of quite down to earth neighbours. The grounds are kept nicely and the rent is very very fair for what you get. The apartments are wonderful with a walk in closet you could almost rent out.

I liked the grounds beautiful and like the apartment great condition,love the are central located and across from people I love.YET It has been a few years now but I reacted a apartment only to be suctinized and watched by the galdius kravits alot of them(busy Bodies old ladies and men)No privacy no freedom period!It causes you to become paranoid and if you have PTSD like me that's not good.I have seen the landlord bring someone in her office and start asking one tenet about her personal dating(in the bedroom) life with another consenting single adult tenet made her tell her if that was going on .Harrassed that man horrible he was black.My other neighbor and friend kept to himself pretty much had one girl friend white all of the sudden he wasquote in a gang because he had a new nice jogging kinda suite ( birthday gift from Grand kids).Me I had a boyfriend for awhile the dressed like a sporto nice truck jerk!Never questioned.My good friend boyfriend at time and town icon Glen (hotrod) was over to my house tatoos etc helping all the older ladies carry grocery's etc.The female manager had her at the time husband come out and get his I.D. and run it.I asked if they were judging mgy boyfriend on the way he looks he said rolling eyes I'm sorry yes.I gave notice then.Really to bad still have a couple good aquatinces there.Mangers are divorced now place is for old boring extremely quite lifeless people that garden .Unless you completely live your live somewhere else.
Save yourself from these folks. I dont know ehy olympia streams from the intelligent tell . The homeonwer is totally jazzed about the freedome upfront but I tell you its alot of wprk upfront and traded to get such s platce itf thats okay,
