Do yourself a pleasure and don't buy here. They have 0 support. Bought a lot of phones here in the past. With one of the phones I had an issue (few days old DOA). So I sent it to DIL official repair center for Huawei. They told me they credited the phone, but when I ask Yukatel my supplier of the phone they never paid me back my credit note. It seems the phone came from Vodafone, so they received the credit note. Fatih was my sales guy, the only thing they care about is selling, don't buy here if you expect warranty or service!

I strongly not recommend this repair/shop. I bought Google Pixel 2 XL from a Czech store and the phone has unfuctional mic when the speaker is on during the call - the otherside wont hear me really badly or not at all. Despite it is one of the main issues on these phone series (and Google usually sends out a new phone to the customer instead), the Czech store sent the phone to the Yuka Tel to check/repair. The Czech store then a month later sent the mobile back to me with Yuka Tel message that there was no issue found and that therefore it is not even considered epaired\. Unfortunately the issue persists - I have no idea how they couldnt discover it. I will send the phone for a 2nd warranty claim and will insist on return of money back.
They are very unloyal with waranty services on the brant Xiaomi. We bought phones on wholesale from them with europe warranty. After that we send them 10 phones for repair. Now the phones are in their repair service for 6 mounths and nobody give us atention, nobody pick up the phone and nobody answer on our emails. We try to contact with there managers, but that was unsuccessfull. Do not buy phones Xiaomi from them !
Professional scammers , if you dont wanna loose your money better avoid this company
Nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechte Kommunikation und Schlechte Preisvorstellungen. Unfair dem Kunden gegenüber!
