The better place for bikes

Incompetent people. Don't care about customers. They already have to many and new one’s threat as nuisance. They will do everything that You lose guaranty. When You call nobody check computer for your history of service regardless what they say. My situattion: Bought bike in 2017 March, did first service in July 2017. Then in March2018 I call them to do a yearly service they ask when I had my first I say that motorbike have only 1500km and in June 2017. They say, that are too busy in March 2018 and I should come in June 2018. I call In June still too busy, come next month (my motorbike has 2200km), then I call them till November 2018 and agree time to do a service. When I arrive on motorbike to leave it there, nobody knows that I’m scheduled, and I’m informed that I lost guarantee and in November they don’t have time I should come in March 2019. Currently my motorbike have 3200 and I will never show up there, even for buying chain cleaner. Zero professionalism, Zero engagement. Maybe I should push more but this is my lesson, newer again got to Wegner.

Habe im Juli 2020 mein 2 gebrauchtes Motorrad eine Triumph bei Herrn Bröchler gekauft , absolut faire und kompetente Abwicklung .Auch ein nicht direkt erkennbares Verschleißteil welches mir nach 2000 KM Laufleistung erst aufgefallen war wurde sofort ohne wenn und aber ersetzt.Sicherlich nicht der günstigste und ich gehe auf jeden Preis ein aber sehr fair und zuverlässig . Wenn ich handeln will bis zum es geht nicht mehr und am liebsten alles umsonst noch extra dazu , dann bin ich dort an der falschen Adresse .

Anfang 2018 mein erstes Motorrad dort erworben, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Auch der Service war tadellos, das Leihmotorrad war eine schöne neue MT07.

Herzlichen Dank an die Fa. Wegner. Der Inspektionstermin für meine BMW verlief sehr zufriedenstellend. Freundliche Terminabsprache, Annahme und sehr gute Durchführung . Die Fertigstellung wurde per SMS mitgeteilt und die Maschine sogar frisch gewaschen übergeben. Toller Service !!
