I would highly recommend Molina carpets. William came out several times to my office to show me samples and was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In the long run, I went elsewhere only because they didn't have a product available in the budget I was trying to stay within. They came back out and fixed the carpet that I had installed by another company that had the product I liked in budget, but didn't do a great job installing it. I even tried to leave William a check for his time since i didn't end up buying carpet from them, and he refused to accept any kind of payment, and said he is just doing his job. Great employee, great company.

We just had carpet and LVP installed by Molina throughout our home. Throughout the entire experience - from the initial call to set up the in-home consultation to our last interaction - everyone at Molina was wonderful. When you call you speak to someone who lives locally and has a reputation in the community. We were torn between a few different choices at different price points. Never did they suggest a more expensive product or try to force our decision. They simply gave us prices, each product's benefits and features, and let us make our decision for ourselves. Molina's installers are efficient, detail-oriented, and do a great job. I had a few \trouble spots\ in our home that represented a few challenges in the flooring installation - difficult miters, intricate corners, etc. When they were done and I looked at their work I was impressed. I can honestly say they did a better job than anybody else I know would have done - and they did the entire house in less than a day's work! Including moving appliances, beds, hauling out the old flooring, etc. Like some I was hesitant to hire out for a product we hear is so easy to DIY like LVP flooring. Well after seeing Molina's work they are more than worth it. I really doubt we will have any issues with our new floors, but if we do I don't see any reason to expect a hassle dealing with Molina. Besides keeping money in our local economy, dealing with a local company means they're easy to get ahold of if an issue arises.

I had a great experience with Molina Carpets! The service was awesome. Renee was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and super easy to talk to. The installation crew was really quick and my new carpet looks amazing! On top of all that, the actual cost of the carpet was lower than the initial quote over the phone! I will definitely be calling on them again! Molina Carpets, you rock!

We must say working with Renee and her team was such a pleasure. Renee certainly went above and beyond to help select a carpet to match our needs and even went so far as to made sure that it complemented our new interior paint using a paint deck. Her prices were very competitive compared to others in the area and willing to work with us to keep it within budget with no surprises or add-on charges. We visited the store on several occasions and she was so patient and understanding and always with a smile. She truly believes in providing the best customer service experience. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was very meticulous in clean-up after. The carpet looks great in our house and we could not be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend and use her again in the future.
