Alex installed a basement floor for me over a tile floor that had been damaged by water. His advice on materials and selection was invaluable. The work quality was excellent and done on time. He kept me informed of when materials were arriving and personally supervised the installation. I thought the price was very fair. I highly recommend him.

Crown Flooring Center did a fantastic job in sourcing and installing carpeting throughout our home as part of a remodeling project. The owner, Alex, personally came to the house to take measurements, patiently spent hours at his showroom helping us select a number of different types of wall to wall carpeting, put together a proposal at the prices quoted, and then made sure the installation proceeded as planned. Throughout the process he made himself available by phone, email, and in person (both at his store and even coming by our house). His response time to calls/questions was exceptional. Personally familiar with the uncertainty that comes with remodeling, Alex was also incredibly flexible with scheduling the installation. He was willing to hold off on installing carpeting in a couple of specific rooms which required sending his crew out a second time. He did so without any additional charge. Alex is a really pleasant guy to talk to and is knowledgeable on a whole host of construction issues. Crown Flooring Center's installation crew was also excellent. They were accommodative with respect to scheduling, professional, and did an excellent job installing the carpet. The leader of the crew even did a little out of scope work for free that required a special machine and an extra 20 minutes of his time. They also saved a few extra pieces of carpeting at our request knowing that we might be moving a closet wall in the near future. I highly recommend Alex, his installation crew, and his company Crown Flooring Center. We will certainly use them for any future wall-to-wall or area rug carpeting needs and suggest that anyone else looking for excellent service at very competitive pricing do the same.

Alex was very helpful from start to finish. He helped us select the flooring type that met our needs and worked with us throughout the process. In real estate, you need a go-to person/company for flooring needs and Crown Flooring is mine.
