WE LOVE THESE LETTERS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS! \u003c3 Hi, I want to express our pleasure with the work that was done with our floor and backsplash during the kitchen renovation last Summer/Fall. We have come to enjoy the work done by those at Classic Floors. This job had the added issues connected to Covid shutdowns, etc. Val has done work for us before and we continued to experience his excellent work ethic with this job. The floor required the removal and replacement of some existing tiles so the new cabinets could be properly installed. There were issues Val encountered but tackled them with his excellent effort and professionalism. The wall tile required multiple trips since the accent tile had not arrived. He goes above and beyond to do the job so it is done correctly. His attention to detail is greatly appreciated. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. In addition, he is always very pleasant. He is a pleasure to have in our house. Also, Alicia went above and beyond in the selecting of the backsplash tile. She has a great eye to make suggestions for both regular tile as well as the accent tile. We had chosen an accent then due to Covid issues that tile was not available. Alicia made some new suggestions and we decided on a tile that we actually like even better than the original. This new selection involved a number of conversations and Alicia was helpful in every way. Alicia certainly has a talent for reading the customer and making suggestions based on that. We wanted to express our pleasure in the professionalism and quality of work by your employees. The finished product is about more than the quality of the product, which is also important, of course.
