I am extremely unhappy that this company didn’t respond to my inquiries that I left them on their website. I indicated in both messages that I would like to have someone contact me but no one ever did. Basically, I used their washing machine in my apartment building and it malfunctioned - causing scalding hot water to go into a machine I had set to cold water. This batch of laundry had some of my favorite clothes in it and they almost all shrunk. I’m still sad and frustrated about it and it happened a few months ago. What would seem fair to me would be a monetary reimbursement for damaged clothes, however I unfortunately understand that maybe they would not do that. But I just can’t believe that they didn’t even reply to my inquiries to at least apologize for what happened. Ugh.

The company should not even be in business. I've been using thr car wash at my local gas station for over a year. The vacuums are owned and maintained by CSC Services. For the past 6 months the vacuums have no suction and are in need of service. I've notified CSC yet they don't even make an attempt to take care of the issue. They take your money but won't fix the problem. They also don't respond my emails, Time to call State Attorney General. Well see if they respond then.
The app is useless and the service is borderline fraud. Their machines are in my apartment complex. At least 1 machine is broken almost every time I use them. Over the last 2 years, I've lost at least 26 hrs and over 60 on washers that didn't work, dryers that only blow cold air on the hottest setting, paying a second time because the first machine didn't work, wasting laundry detergent in washing machines that wouldn't read my card, etc. CSC has never offered to reimburse me despite using this app to report numerous issues. They have also reported issues as fixed, then I go to use the machine again and find out it's still broken and steals my money. Incompetence can only go so far before it becomes fraud.
I called today at 4:35 pm central time. To ask if the washer and dryer you provide us need a phone line or an internet connection. After sitting on the hold for 15 minutes someone answered the phone. She was very rude with her greeting. The woman I spoke to said “I CAN NOT ANSWER THAT FOR YOU” I asked if there was someone available that could answer my questions. Your rep stated “ NO , I am just the after hours person” I asked for your normal business. The rep replied : 7am to 7pm. I am not sure why at 4:35 pm central time I could not reach a person to help me with my question. I would like an answer to my question as soon as possible please.
