(EDIT) Okay, I am editing my review (original below) for the better because in spite of the showroom floor personnel's behavior, the service department's behavior was a saving grace. Once my car was in service, Ashley kept me continually updated via text. After I picked it up, I had a question for the technician - Ron Kent. He and Ashley literally called me back and he spent about ten minutes walking me through what he did and why, what the easier approach would be, and how I could self diagnosis it in the future (not that I would/could). I will DEFINITELY return for service in the future (and Paul I will call you). My point below is not about the loaners, it was about the behavior of the front-facing personnel. (Original Message Follows) - I'm new to the area - is this what all MB dealers are like? I went to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced over night - first guy sends around the back of the building, I find another guy who directs me to a service manager, I end up at the first guy - who (no kidding) points me back towards the back of the building? In part, I bought a MB for the prestige and to be treated well ... otherwise I would have bought a Toyota Corolla!!!! By the way - my loaner car .... a Toyota Corolla. Next time, I'm sticking with BMW where getting your car serviced feels like a day at the spa.

I recently brought my AMG GLE 63 in for some warranty work. I was quite pleased with the level of care, and quality of the service. The service manager was also super accommodating offering me free drinks and snacks while I waited.

Went in to pick up my car saw a 2 bad dink on the back of my bumper. Ask my services rep. And all he said to me is go home I got it documented we will call you. And the car wash so bad and he said it free and not much to expected. Clearly I earn no respect but I thought I paid for it. Clearly not. Disgusted.
