This dealership and their employees are absolutely top of the line. From beginning to end they provide amazing service. They are transparent, incredibly friendly, ready and willing to work with you in order to get your vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. Randy is by far employee of the year! He fixed my vehicle within one business day and had open communication with us even through the winter storm. 13/10 would HIGHLY recommend. Randy and Ed Hicks have truly knocked it out of the park!!! Recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Outstanding experience purchasing a used car from Roy at Ed Hicks Imports! A little kindness goes a long way! Roy was very understanding, listened to my needs, did not play any games, and made me feel welcome at the dealership. Normally car buying isn't the greatest experience, however, Roy made it super easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable about driving all the way from Dallas to Corpus Christi to look at the car because I trusted Roy's word about the condition and pricing. He had the vehicle detailed and called to inform me about some minor scuffs and the work they did. He even had the vehicle in the showroom when I arrived. I felt at home and welcome at the dealership. If only all dealerships were more like Ed Hicks. I absolutely will 100% go to Roy and Ed Hicks again for the next vehicle purchase.
