I feel like I'm just echoing other reviews here - the service was amazing! The office staff were quick to answer all my questions, everything was done when it was promised and everyone I dealt with was so friendly. It didn't hurt that the price was great too! Hats off to a great company!

I was truly impressed with the professional service this company provided-from the first phone call to the pick up of 60 banker's boxes at my home in Barrie. The price was reasonable, Covid19 protocols were followed and the people picking up the charts were polite, courteous and very professional. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the service.
Brought a few boxes of files to be shredded and was met by a couple of great gentlemen who unloaded my car and suggested that I watch the shredding process live on a monitor. Almost immediately they emptied my bankers boxes into their system and I was impressed with the operation which was quick. They returned my boxes for reuse as I had requested. Thanks guys. Great job. Courteous, prompt and good value. Will see you again.
Called them, talked to an actual person who quickly scheduled our pick up in Peterborough, received a reminder email the day before and staff picked up as promised. MUCH less expensive and a much more friendly experience than the other companies. We will only use this company going forward.
We had excellent service from the Papersavers team. They offer a cost-effective, easy-to-use service for for residential customers who only have a few boxes but who need a secure shredding service. They helped us unload our boxes from the car and allowed us to watch the process (from a suitable physical distance).
